No experience needed,
just bring yourself.

We will sing different mantras together and you are very much invited to chant with me, but if you feel more comfortable, you can always also just come listen or meditate.

Kirtan
& Mantra

Mantra is derived from the sanskrit words manas (mind) and tra
(to liberate), and represents
a sacred sound to free the mind.

Therefore, singing mantras
becomes a practice of gently
releasing ourselves from mental
noise and returning to the natural state of openness, connection and
presence.
